Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping

All orders ship from California via the United States Postal Services and include a tracking number. Premade and ready-to-ship items will typically ship in 2 to 3 business days from purchase. Please refer to the specific item listing for made-to-order, build-your-own and pre-order processing times because they are made just for you.

 

Transit Times

Each package can take a varying time to reach its destination, but on average:

  • United States - approx. 3-6 business days
  • Canada - approx. 10-17 business days
  • International - can take up to 5 weeks, on average 2-3 weeks

 

Packaging

All orders are shipped in appropriately sized, USPS approved containers. Typically squishy, malleable items are shipped in plain polymailers or bubble mailers (ie tails) and more fragile items or large orders/sets are shipped in boxes (ie ears). Flat items and paper products (ie stickers) are shipped in rigid mailer envelopes. The shop name is displayed as FPS on the shipping label to be as discrete as possible. International orders will have a description on "wearable costume accessory" listed in the customs form. Orders are wrapped in tissue paper to ensure safe transit.

 

Address Changes

Please double check your address prior to checking out. In the event that you notice your address is incorrect, or would like your order shipped to a different location, please contact us no later than 12 hours after purchase for an address change. Because of shipping fee differences, we cannot switch between international and domestic shipping addresses.

 

Shipping Fees, Customs & Taxes

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on order weight and location. Fluffy Paw Shop ships all orders from California, United States. California state taxes are automatically calculated for orders shipping to California locations. International orders may be subject to additional taxes and fees based on your country's rules and regulations. You are responsible for any additional fees, taxes and/or customs charges that may incur.

 

Lost Packages

Please contact us if you never receive your order. Lost packages are rare, but can happen. In this event, we will happily replace your order. Shipping fees, customs and/or taxes would be your responsibility.
