No, never! We only utilize high quality faux fur and similar synthetic materials.

Unless otherwise stated, yes! All faux fur items are handcrafted in our studio and stickers are printed in-house as well. We do work with a handful of professional manufacturers that bring our digital designs to life as acrylic keychains.

Our website is powered by Shopify and accepts almost all major credit cards. Google Pay, Apply Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay's interest-free multipayment system.

Premade and ready to ship items typically ship in 2 to 3 business days, all other items have varying processing times that can be found in the product description. In general, please allow 5 to 7 business days for creation.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our studio in California.

Orders shipping in boxes, poly mailers and bubble mailers are wrapped in a layer of tissue paper for added protection. Small sticker orders are packaged in a protective plastic sleeve and mailed in an envelope, larger sticker orders and acrylic keychain orders are packaged in a protective plastic sleeve and shipped in a bubblemailer.

All orders come with their very own care card that has a unique QR code that can be scanned to view our care section! More in-depth care instruction can be found in the Care Info section.

Yes! Please send an email to info@fluffypawshop.net with your order numbers. Your excess shipping fees will be refunded back to you within the week.

We do not accept order cancellations.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and where its shipping to.

Domestic shipping can range from $1.25 (untracked sticker shipping) up to $7.50 for larger, heavier orders.

Orders shipping to Canada typically have a $15 shipping fee and orders shipping to all other parts of the world range from $17 to $26.

Yes! International shipping is available for all items to just about anywhere that has a local post office or delivery service. All international orders are shipped with tracking.

Yes! Please double check your address prior to checking out. In the event that your address is incorrect, or would like to ship to a different address, please contact us by email no later than 12 hours after purchase. Because of shipping fee differences, we cannot switch between international and domestic shipping addresses.

All orders come with tracking unless otherwise specified. The only instance where tracking is not provided is if you order only stickers and choose the untracked option (this is the same as stamped letter mail).

This can happen due to various reason such as:

- Customer provided incorrect address or invalid address.

- The package was refused by the residence. This can happen if you use a fake or strange name for shipping, other people who live at that address may then refuse the package and request it be sent back to the return address.

- Package was not picked up at your local post office or the customs fees were not paid.

Once your order has been returned, you will need to pay for shipping again before it can be re-sent.

Generally, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

In the rare event you have an issue with your order or your order arrives damaged please do not hesitate to contact us at info@fluffypawshop.net with the details within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number and photos of any damage. We'll respond as soon as possible. More information can be found in our Refund Policy section.

Please keep in mind when ordering that all prices do not include VAT or customs fees. The buyer is solely responsible for any additional taxes/fees that may be added on by government agencies upon receipt of package.

We're always open to new ideas and requests! Although due to time/project restraints, we may not be able to pursue every new design at the moment.

Currently we are not looking for collaborators and/or promoters. This is not permanent, we anticipate looking for promoters at some future point but cannot give an estimated date. Please check back here in the future for updates.
