Refund policy

Returns
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges due to the nature of items sold and possible hygiene complications of opened items. If your item(s) arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of delivery to facilitate a refund or exchange if possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or transit error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Refunds 
In the event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect from what you ordered, on a case by case basis, you may have the option to receive a partial refund if you do not wish to exchange your items. All sales are final.

Shipping
To return your damaged product, you should first contact us and open a case. Upon approval of your case, you will be emailed a return shipping label to use to return your damaged order.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item but shipping insurance and tracking will guarantee that we will be able to find it and/or refund you.
